A Journey to Yourself

Bring out your curiosity, reinvent your future. Think big: What do you want to stand up for? Which of your talents and strengths can be revealed?

A sparring dialogue is first and foremost a journey to yourself. You reflect on situations, thoughts or challenges – and set the course for your development, your leadership role or an important conversation.

Especially before big decisions, such as a possible job change, many people take time to reflect more deeply. In sparring dialogue – often in several conversations – we encourage you to take a holistic view of the issue. Because it’s not just about your career, but about you as a whole person.

To help you begin this journey for yourself, we offer our workbook ‘My Compass’ for download. It invites you to discover your dreams, strengths and desires – and to fill your life with new qualities.

Sometimes you will rediscover hidden talents. Or you will realise which old compromises you can let go of. Often it is the little everyday things that take on new significance and become valuable pillars of your life.

My Day after Tomorrow

Start by looking to the future. Dare to dream big and imagine your world as you would like it to be.

What will inspire you? What role do health and fitness play? How will you experience friendship, community and socialising?

If you focus too quickly on possible solutions, you can easily get stuck in today’s patterns or limitations. Bring out your curiosity, reinvent your future. Think big: what do you want to change in the world? What do you want to stand up for? Which of your talents and strengths can be revealed?

My Today

Only after this step do you look at your reality. This is where your experiences come into play: your insights, your treasures and also the things you have not succeeded in.

Look at the decisions you have made so far and the results. What surprises have you experienced and what lessons have you learned?

Who has influenced you – and who have you influenced?

And perhaps there is something you need to let go of in order to start a new chapter.

My Tomorrow

Now you can plan. But don’t forget your imagination – you can also pursue a (perhaps secret) wish.

Take another holistic look at your life and fill the different areas of your life with the qualities that are important to you.

Be specific: what do you want to achieve and how will you go about it? Which people can support you in this?

Good reflection opens the way for you to get to know your inner drivers and make your wishes and joys come true.

Your next step

A journey to yourself is worthwhile – and it starts right here.

Have fun discovering!

Our ideas and texts are born in lively dialogues - while hiking, over a cup of coffee, during a break - or with a simple question. Inspiration can be found everywhere - it is a matter of putting it into words and sharing it.
