Collaboraising Organisations®

Believe it or not, there are businesses where employees and customers start the day motivated and finish in good spirits, engaged in stimulating conversations. These companies are successful and build talents. They are fascinating and draw our curiosity.

The people who work in these companies have a high degree of personal motivation. Decisions are made on the spot and yet taken with care. Responsibility is assumed by those who really know what they’re talking about – in an enthusiastic atmosphere where everybody is dedicated to driving things forward together. Now who wouldn’t want to work here?

Questions and challenges

But how can companies deliver when they are under such great pressure? Digital transformation and technological change have swept through them at breakneck speed, and big data and AI have changed the dynamic fundamentally. How can they cope with constant system launches, suffocating compliance regimes and a multigenerational workforce with different models of living?

A pulsating organism

We believe that businesses with a long-term orientation must consciously and constantly reorient themselves. We see organisations as vibrant, pulsating organisms in which people play the leading role. The concept of leadership and cooperation in the new dynamic environment must be expressed clearly and understood across the company.

The quality of relationships and mutual trust is reflected in the way individuals work with each other. Consequently, developing collaboration is a key lever on the path to a healthy company.

Collaboraising

Collaboraising brings together two movements that are usually thought of separately: Collaboration – the conscious act of working together, where people contribute their perspectives, strengths and responsibilities rather than simply operating side by side – and Raising, the mutual lifting up in which no one advances alone, but everyone grows together. By Raising we explicitly do not mean “higher, faster, further”, but the raising of quality: of relationships, of awareness for the whole, of an organisation’s capacity to grow beyond itself.

Collaboraising Organisations therefore develop not despite, but through the way people work together within them – here, performance arises through relationship and dialogue, not against them. How this word came into being – while walking, somewhere between an uphill stretch and a bend in the path – is a story we tell in our Treasure Trove.

For us, Collaboraising is more than a term – it is a way of being. On the path towards a genuine sense of togetherness within a company, we see ourselves as co-pilots who think along, shape along and develop along. In this constantly learning and un-learning environment, people bring their strengths to bear and identify with the progress being made.

Collaboraising stands for the shared building of the next-level organisation. Ready for a first step?

“Relationships affect our health and life satisfaction more than anything else.”
This is the finding of the world’s largest study on happiness

… in other words, the quality of relationships is a decisive success factor for companies.

The strategic lifeblood of a company is directly impacted by the systematic development of collaborative and leadership skills.
