Whether you have expe­ri­ence of dif­fer­ent styles of per­son­al­i­ty or are embark­ing on ‘unchart­ed waters’, all our offer­ings are designed to cre­ate a com­mon basis so that you can imme­di­ate­ly reap the ben­e­fits. This applies to both the need for imme­di­ate sup­port or the desire for in-depth dis­cus­sion.

The basis is always a per­son­al style eval­u­a­tion. To do this, you ask five acquaintances/friends to com­plete a short ques­tion­naire for you in advance. What char­ac­teris­es our approach: We deal con­scious­ly and respect­ful­ly with self-images AND images of oth­ers. This enables a com­pre­hen­sive aware­ness and opens up addi­tion­al areas for devel­op­ment. We utilise this con­sis­tent­ly in the appli­ca­tion of spe­cif­ic prac­ti­cal cas­es. 

Put the insights that were orig­i­nal­ly devel­oped at MIT (Mass­a­chu­setts Insti­tute of Tech­nol­o­gy) and con­tin­u­ous­ly refined over the years to imme­di­ate use in a wide range of every­day sit­u­a­tions. With just the right amount of pro­fes­sion­al sup­port to suit you.
