It goes with­out say­ing that I under­stand my hand­shake as an agree­ment and a promise. But does that also apply to you?

We help to increase under­stand­ing and accep­tance of dif­fer­ent cul­tures. It is impor­tant to us to ensure smooth coop­er­a­tion and respect­ful com­mu­ni­ca­tion across bor­ders. We look at what we have in com­mon and dis­cov­er what is dif­fer­ent in order to famil­iarise our­selves with it. The trick is to find the right bal­ance. Those who know which val­ues apply in a cul­ture are not only one step ahead, but also gain trust and find the right approach more eas­i­ly.
